Whenever I’m stressed out, I just take a minute for my own personal time and try to calm myself down and relax my mind and body for a few minutes and that gives me energy to continue for several more hours. I keep repeating this as much as possible through out the day so that I prevent getting tired or stressed out or frustrated by the end of the day.
If you are home, taking a nice shower after a light exercise and hair massage with a favorite hair oil of yours would be a great way to relax.
